Do you make the glass there?

No, since 1911 this has always been a cutting house.

Is the glass insured when shipped? 

The glass is shipped though UPS and is insured up to $100.00. If the shipment is over $100.00 there is an extra cost of $.15 per $100.00 over.

Is the glass dishwasher safe?

We do not recommend putting any of our glass in the dishwasher.

What do we do if the shipment we received is broken?

Contact UPS (1-800-PICK-UPS) and UPS will get a hold of us.

Are the bubbles in the glass flaws?

We cannot guarantee any pieces will not have bubbles in them. With any hand blown glass, it is common to get tiny seed bubbles in the glass. They are hardly noticeable and we check for extremely large seed bubbles before we even cut the glass.

How long will it take to process orders?

We recommend ordering plenty of time ahead. All of our pieces are hand cut and will take 2-3 weeks depending on how busy we are during your time of purchase.
